Billing & Subscription
Manage your subscription plan, view invoices, and buy credits.

Current plan
The Settings → Billing tab shows your current subscription details:
- Plan name (Free, Starter, Pro, or Agency)
- Subscription status (Active, Expired, etc.)
- Credits per month
- Current billing period end date
Upgrade or downgrade
Click Upgrade or Downgrade to change your plan. This redirects to Stripe's checkout for upgrades or the customer portal for downgrades.
Plan changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you receive prorated credits for the remainder of the current billing period.
Stripe portal
Click Manage in Stripe to access Stripe's customer portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, and manage your subscription directly.
Buy credits
If you need more credits than your plan provides, you can purchase one-time credit packages:

Invoices & history
View your credit transaction history directly in VidLoop or access full invoices through the Stripe customer portal. Transactions show credits spent, received, and the description of each activity.
