VidLoop is an AI-powered video generation and social media automation platform that enables users to create, schedule, and publish short-form video content to various social media platforms. The Service includes:

  • AI-generated video content based on your brand and preferences
  • Automated posting to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Content scheduling and management tools
  • Analytics and performance tracking

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using VidLoop, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to VidLoop ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

  • Infringes any intellectual property rights
  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Violates any third party's privacy or publicity rights
  • Is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes hate
  • Misrepresents your identity or affiliation
  • Violates the terms of any connected social media platform

4.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is created based on your inputs and preferences. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

5. Social Media Integration

By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize VidLoop to post content on your behalf. You are responsible for:

  • Complying with each platform's terms of service
  • Ensuring posted content meets platform guidelines
  • Managing your connected accounts and permissions

We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms, including account restrictions or content removal.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Pricing

VidLoop offers various subscription plans. Prices are subject to change with notice. Current pricing is displayed on our website.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each billing period.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods, except as required by law.

6.4 Free Trial

If offered a free trial, you may be required to provide payment information. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by VidLoop and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service (except as authorized)
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited content

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDLOOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VidLoop, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
